Under our money-back guarantee, products may be tested. However, we cannot accept returns of products that have been misused (e.g., products that have been fully used). Any item that has been intentionally damaged or is incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.

Return procedure:

Contact us at hello@hairliss.shop and include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request has been approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was on our part or the product is defective.

Refunds:

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
