Shipping Policy – Hairliss Shop

At Hairliss Shop, we do everything we can to guarantee fast, reliable, and tracked delivery.

1. Processing and delivery times

• Order preparation: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery in Switzerland: Your package will be delivered within 48 business hours after shipment.

• Delivery outside Switzerland: Between 5 and 12 business days depending on your country.

2. Shipping costs

• In Switzerland:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100.

  • For orders under CHF 100, shipping costs are CHF 10.90.

• Outside Switzerland:

  • Fees are calculated automatically at the time of payment based on the destination.

3. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time using the link provided.

4. Delivery areas

• We currently deliver to Switzerland and internationally (certain countries).

5. Delivery issues

• Once the package has been delivered, Hairliss Shop cannot be held responsible for its loss.

6. Taxes and customs duties

• In Switzerland: No customs fees apply.

• Abroad: Taxes or customs fees may be added depending on local laws. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
