It's excellent! The only problem is with the bottle—it's really hard to get the product out without opening it all the way. The plastic is super hard. It's very difficult to squeeze the bottle to get the product out.

Top-notch products! My hair has real curls again, and I don't have to wash (wet) it every day anymore. It's been a real eye-opener. The only downside—though I know they're working on it—is that the container is a little too stiff.
The products are really effective, but the bottles... they're a nightmare. With the cream and the gel, it's impossible to finish the bottle—you can't add water, unlike with the shampoo and conditioner. It's really a shame.
It has a pleasant scent and texture, and it easily detangles the hair, leaving it softer.
